Denmark Visa Application Process 🛂

Applying for a visa to Denmark? Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your application is complete and successful:

1. Application Form 📄

Complete your visa application on ApplyVisa. Once done, print and sign the form. A well-filled application is the first step to a successful visa!

2. Visa Fee Payment 💳

Pay the visa fee online and print your receipt. Keep it safe; you’ll need it for submission.

3. Recent Passport-Sized Photo 📸

Submit a recent, color passport-sized photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm) with a white background. Ensure it’s no older than six months for accurate representation.

4. Valid Passport 🛂

Make sure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your intended stay in Denmark, with at least two blank pages.

5. Cover Letter 📝

Provide a cover letter from your Indian organization/school detailing your itinerary, the purpose of your visit, and how the trip relates to your studies. This is crucial for visa approval.

6. Invitation or Enrollment Confirmation ✉️

Submit an invitation letter or enrollment confirmation from the Danish organization, including details on costs, purpose of visit, and duration of stay.

7. Travel Medical Insurance 🏥

Secure medical insurance covering at least 30,000 Euros for all Schengen countries. This policy must cover accidents, illnesses, and emergencies.

8. Flight Reservations ✈️

Provide proof of round-trip flight reservations. If visiting multiple Schengen countries, include intra-Schengen travel plans.

9. Proof of Accommodation 🏨

Ensure you have proof of accommodation, such as hotel reservations, holiday home rentals, or confirmation from a host. If staying with family or friends, provide proof of sponsorship.

10. Financial Proof 💵

Submit original bank statements showing transactions for the last three months, stamped and signed by your bank. This must demonstrate you have sufficient funds for your stay and return trip.

11. Minors Traveling Alone or with One Parent 👪

If you’re a minor or traveling with a minor, provide notarized parental consent and copies of both parents’ passports or ID cards.

12. Additional Documents 📑

Be prepared to provide extra documentation or attend an interview if requested by the Embassy.
