📑 Essential Documents for Your Australian Study Visa Application

1. Academic Records

• 10th & 12th Grade Certificates: Detailed mark sheets and certificates.
• Degree Transcripts: Transcripts from your degree program.
• Backlog Certificate: If applicable.

2. Gap Justification

• Employment Documents: Appointment letter, experience letter, salary slips, and salary statements for the last 3 months.
• Income Tax Returns (ITRs): Recent ITRs and employer details.
• Company Details: Domain, website, and detailed information about the company.

3. Passport Copy

• Notarized Copies: All 36 pages of your passport. Include both old and new passports if applicable.

4. Language Proficiency

• IELTS/PTE Login Details: Username and password for accessing your test results.

5. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Updated CV: Detailing your academic and professional background.

6. Statement of Purpose (SOP)

• Detailed SOP: Explaining your reasons for studying in Australia, your chosen course, and career aspirations.

7. Identity Proofs

• Valid Identification Proofs: For the applicant.

8. Sponsor Documents

• Pan Card & Aadhaar Card Copies: For the sponsor.
• Income Proofs: Recent income proofs, business documentation, and bank statements.
• Income Tax Returns (ITRs): For the last two years, showing an income of 12-15 lakh INR. Include appointment letters and salary statements if the income is from salary.
• Tehsildar Certificate: For annual income, and J forms if there is agricultural income.

9. Affidavits

• Affidavits: On a 50 rupees stamp paper from the student, parents, and sponsor.

10. Liquid Assets

• Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs): Copies and balance certificates.
• Savings Account: Balance certificate and statement for the last six months, with a stamp and signature from the bank including phone numbers and bank ID.
• Loan Documents: Scanned letter for the loan, approximately 32-34 lakh INR.

11. Chartered Accountant (CA) Report

• CA Report: If required.

12. Married Applicants

• Spouse’s CV and SOP: Detailed CV and SOP for the spouse.
• Spouse’s Academic Records: Educational certificates and transcripts.
• Spouse’s Work Experience: Employment details and experience letters.
• Spouse’s Income Tax Returns (ITRs): Recent ITRs.
• Spouse’s Affidavit: Notarized affidavit.
• Marriage Certificate: Proof of marriage.

13. Medical Examination Report

• Medical Report: Complete medical examination report.

14. Embassy Fee
