Essential Documents for Your UK Student Visa Application

1. Visa/MasterCard Credit Card

   • With sufficient credit limit to cover the online transactions for IHS (Immigration Health Surcharge) payment and embassy fee.

2. Aadhaar Card

   • A copy of your Aadhaar Card.

3. Passport

   • Original passport.
   • Front and back scanned copies of the passport.

4. Spouse’s Passport (If applicable)

   • If married, provide the passport of your spouse, including front and back scanned copies.

5. Parents’ Passports

   • Copies of the first and last pages of both parents’ passports.
   • If parents do not have passports, provide their Date of Birth and Place of Birth details (as per Aadhaar Card).

6. Travel History

   • Details of your travel history including country, type of visa, visa issue date, expiry date, entry, and exit dates.

7. Visa Rejection History

   • Details of any visa rejections, including type of visa, date, and reason for rejection.

8. CAS Letter

   • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) letter from your UK institution.

9. IELTS/PTE Scorecard

   • Latest scorecard for IELTS or PTE.

10. Evidence of Qualifications

    • Academic records from 10th grade onwards.

11. Work Experience Documents

    • Documents to justify any gaps in your education or employment history.

12. Letter of Recommendation (LOR) / Motivation of Intent (MOI)

    • Relevant letters of recommendation or motivation of intent.

13. Proof of Funds

    • Education Loan: Covering letter and sanction letter.
    • Fixed Deposits: Bank covering letter(s) and fixed deposit certificate(s) copies.
    • Savings Accounts: Bank covering letter(s) and savings account bank statements for the past 1 month.

14. Medical Certificate

    • Recent medical certificate as required by the visa application.

15. Fees Receipts

    • Receipts for any fees paid after CAS issuance (if applicable).

16. Accommodation Confirmation

    • Proof of accommodation confirmation, if applicable, as per the Visa Application Form (VAF).

17. Photographs

    • Two color photographs (45mm x 35mm) with a white background and matte finish paper. Required for the medical test.

18. Additional Documents (If funds are in Parent’s Names)

    • Birth Certificate: English translation of the birth certificate.
    • Parents’ Financial Support Affidavit: Notarized affidavit from parents.
