Please review the following list carefully to ensure you have everything you need for a successful application.

Essential Documents for Your Canada Study Permit Application

1. Credit Card Details for Embassy Fees

   • Payment for application and biometric fees: $150 + $85.

2. Photographs

   • Two recent photographs, size 35mm x 45mm, with a white background.

3. Academic Documents

   • Colored, notarized copies of all academic records from 10th grade onwards.
   • Includes mark sheets, provisional certificates, backlog certificates, and degree certificates.

4. Gap Activity Documentation

   • Detailed explanation of any gaps in education or employment.

5. Work Experience Documents

   • Appointment letter, experience letter, salary bank statement, and salary slips.

6. Passport Copies

   • Colored, notarized copy of the passport’s front, bio-data page, and remarks pages.

7. Aadhaar and PAN Card Copies

   • Colored, notarized copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

8. Language Proficiency Certificate

   • Notarized copy of IELTS certificate or PTE score report.

9. PTE User Credentials

   • User name and password for PTE results.

10. Medical Tracking Sheet

    • Original medical tracking sheet.

11. Police Clearance Certificate

    • Certificate of police clearance from your local police station.

12. Income Tax Returns

    • Income tax returns for the last 2 years for family members (income must be between 10-12 lac per year).

13. Family ID Proofs

    • Colored copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card for all family members.

14. Affidavit of Sponsorship

    • Notarized affidavit from parents confirming their sponsorship.

15. Affidavit of Student Declaration

    • Notarized affidavit declaring your commitment to your studies.

16. Property Valuation (Optional)

    • CA & valuation report of both movable and immovable assets.

17. Proof of Funds (Optional)

    • Minimum funds of 8-10 lac INR.
    • Bank statement, latest balance certificate with bank stamp.

18. Previous Visa Refusal Documentation (If applicable)

    • Refusal letter, Statement of Purpose (SOP), and embassy forms if you have previously been refused a visa or permit.

19. Marriage Certificate (If applicable)

    • Marriage certificate if married.

20. Family Details

    • Information for all immediate family members including:
